Bret Shuford, Founder/Instructor - Bret Shuford’s Broadway Credits include The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Amazing Grace, and Cirque Du Soleil’s Paramour. In 2018 he was a teaching artist in residence in Charleston SC at the College of Charleston and the Musical Theatre Center. He has been an instructor for the Joffrey Summer Musical Theatre program in 2018/2019, as well as for Broadway Classroom and several other Musical Theatre training series. In her young showgirl days, Paula appeared over a dozen times on THE LATE SHOW with David Letterman, doing everything from cooking mussells with Jacques Pepin to singing and dancing as a "Davette". Paula is married to Broadway music director/arranger David Chase; they have two sons, Kyler and Dashiell. Paula and David present the annual CHRISTMAS SINGALONG at Broadway Presbyterian Church to benefit BPC’S excellent nursery school where both of their boys attended.
Jessica McRoberts - Faculty - had the pleasure of performing on Broadway, National Broadway Tours, and some of the finest Regional theaters in the country over the past 20+ years including Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, Nine, and Follies. She has worked with some of the most brilliant people such as Tommy Tune, Chita Rivera, Gwen Verdon, Kathleen Marshall, Jerry Mitchell, David Marquez, Chet Walker, Noah Racey, Wayne Cilento, Matthew Warchus, David Leavau, and is currently studying with David Marquez and Craig Carnelia. She has had the privilege of seeing the business from both a dancers and a singers perspective is versatile in both these fields. Seeing the struggle at a singers movement callback, she helps singers to understand the dancers language. Because she is active in the business she can always offer up to date information to her students!
